I’m Mike Lloyd Hamilton, founder of Make Modular and owner of Omni Custom.

For the past fifteen years, I’ve designed and built recording studios and branded environments for clients including Dr. Dre, Marshmello, The Chainsmokers, Spotify, Netflix, Dolby, and Amazon.

That work taught me how much great spaces can change the way people create, work, and live. It also showed me how inaccessible traditional construction can be for people who are renting, moving often, building on a budget, or simply unwilling to invest in something permanent.

Make Modular grew out of that gap.

​

I created it as a universal building system that can be assembled, moved, reconfigured, and reused. The same core parts can become studios, desks, classrooms, retail spaces, bedrooms, outdoor structures, and more.

The goal is to make professional-quality building simpler, safer, and more adaptable, while creating a system that becomes more useful over time.

Omni Custom is where I built the experience. Make Modular is the company I want to spend the next decade building.
